We use these guys too, can't recommend highly enough if you're looking to buy a property and live in England, all tax payments sorted and they are the contacts if there are any issues with utitilities. We had an issue with Bankia - seems they want iD or some other info every other month or they lock your account, Interreality contacted us and sorted all the issues with direct debit payments out.
