Profile: I am a semi retired consultant nurse practising privately in sleep difficulty treatments using the NHS Insomnia Programme. I am an ex CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service) specialist nurse with experience of working with children with emotional and behavioural issues. I am also a certified NLP practitioner, life coach and Time Line therapist. I live at Montemar with my husband and hope to share our time between Montemar and Nottinghamshire.

Sleep Treatments
Enjoy better sleep, health, higher energy levels, and physical wellness.
The NHS Sleep programme provides face to face therapeutic support and advice for people of all ages with sleep problems. The programme is delivered in 5 sessions:
Session 1 - Assessment and formulation of the problem
Session 2 - Research based information about sleep
Session 3 - Stimulus Control, the most effective psychological tool to improve the relationship between the bedroom and sleep.
Session 4 - Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to help minimise and manage anxiety and worry that prevents sleep onset.
Session 5 - Relaxation

Neuro Linguistic Programming:
NLP is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 70's. They believe that there is a connection between the neurological processes, language and behavioural patterns learned through experience and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.
